Jumbo Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 Fully agree Gareth Crazy cramming those races in a short period of time, still licking my lips at the thought of Rennes night again...... Chris Rennes morning for us. unless it's a blaw hame. But the thought of it sound great the good old days
Chris Little Posted October 29, 2008 Author Report Posted October 29, 2008 Aye, the barbie and tinnies then the buzz of timing one in followed by more tinnies....... brilliant
eastcoaster Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 i got my first doo`s from Joe Hodgsen who won rennes 1955 and Gabe Sinclair was 2nd , i was but a boy !! one of the 4 he gave me we timed out of rennes as a yearling (Grieve Bros ) and we had the top yearling at this years Alencon , RENNES just sounds right , if only we could get the old birdage as well 3500,4000 5000 plus when old Joe won it , Magic just talking about it .
