what does the members on here think this rule means , is it 2/3rds of the members at a meeting or is it 2/3rds of the membership of a club/fed , to change a constitutional item?

i take it this is a voting rule in your club?

if this is...its usually 2/3rds of the meeting...not the membership..if voting on something in a meeting.

ie wether to accept a new member ...

if your in the NFC it doesn`t matter,if the powers that be are not happy with the members voting, they just ignore the vote, and do as they wish, that`s why i will never fly with that mob again,

it is 2/3rds of members at meeting, members must be given 14 days notice of meeting, this only applys to dissolutions of a club or fed, any club or fed rule is by majority only. RPRA RULES.

Constitutional changes 2/3's of the members at the meeting.

Dissolvement of organisation 2/3's in writing.

All which are very fair and equates to making sure nothing is done underhanded.

12) The club cannot be dissolved unless a two-thirds majority of its members give their consent in

writing which should be obtained at a special meeting convened for the purpose of such

dissolution. Club assets must be realised and divided equally amongst all members who are free

from debt to the club.

thanks frank
