Guest Gareth Rankin Posted March 1, 2009 Report Posted March 1, 2009 Alf looking back at your posts over the last few weeks with regards to Lanarkshire presentation evening, it comes across quite clearly that from day one you have been praying for this years presentation to be a failure?? why, is it because your feeling aggrieved that the fed has a new president. Just to clarify a few points, As others have already said it was a successful night with 80 in attendance compared to 110 last year. You state last year was a success, :-/ :-/the main guest selected by the ex-president in 2008 is now known in the sport as the biggest conman the sport has ever seen, the comedian didn't turn up and the members of the fed left at 21.30, time to get the blinkers of Alf and wake up and get behind your fed even if you have not got the men in power that you would like. Away to bed now after working for 14 hours straight and this is because i was at MY / OUR federations presentation on the Friday night which is a night that i should have worked. Gareth
Guest Gareth Rankin Posted March 1, 2009 Report Posted March 1, 2009 Well done Budgie on being the premier prizewinner of the federation, and a special thanks must go to John Houston the SNFC president and the top table on a night that was well run. Also think Lanarkshire has now got a new Auctioneer in John Quinn who done a great Job of selling the 8 young birds that were kindly donated by some of the premier prizewinners of the fed++. Gareth Bart, word has it that you will only gain entry to the palace this week if you some serious dance lessons in before Friday :P ;D ;D.
