hotrod Posted April 17, 2009 Report Posted April 17, 2009 How many scottish feds sent there birds tonight ? With low cloud and harr forecast for tomorrow for eastern scotland, Glasgow fed did the right thing in my opinion and delayed basketing till saturday night. Only time will tell if it was the correct decision .

Guest Posted April 17, 2009 Report Posted April 17, 2009 i would have prefered sunday as the wind is supposed to turn southerly the latest weather we got was for the wind to turn due north about 8 mph (hope it is)

hotrod Posted April 17, 2009 Author Report Posted April 17, 2009 Kingdom r.p.a basketing saturday for sunday hello harry.
budgie Posted April 17, 2009 Report Posted April 17, 2009 With Lanarkshire Fed at Kelso and with only 444 birds away from Newmains Club we will be lucky in the Fed to reach 4000 birds. With the weather and Baltic conditions the only chance i see them going tommorow is around 7.00am with Temp 6c NNE 9mph winds and good visibility which afterwords the winds are gusting to 20mph.Sunday much better weather Temp rising 11c with ESE 2mph winds but gusting to 16mph. Only time will tell and good luck to all who went including Wee Jock the Lums Laddie who is trying like a Bear to win the Hot Water Pond Open.
Roundo Posted April 17, 2009 Report Posted April 17, 2009 Central Fed going tonight to Coldstream. Perhaps Sunday would have been the better option. :X :X :X
Guest IB Posted April 17, 2009 Report Posted April 17, 2009 North West Fed away tonight to Coldstream. Sun is working part-time up here just now. so I think early afternoon lib is more likely than Budgie's early morning.
jonl6280 Posted April 17, 2009 Report Posted April 17, 2009 50 Doos tae Win the Kelso Hot Water Pond Open desparado. :X there's no need keeping doo's and not racing them ;D and werer not the highest, tam got the most ;)i think good luck
