Fair Play Posted July 3, 2009 Report Posted July 3, 2009 Take it from me he will be busier than he ever was in what he thought was fulltime employment ;D ;D ;D Tell him all the best and enjoy it.
pjc Posted July 3, 2009 Report Posted July 3, 2009 good luck to him, full time loft manager, great job.
Roland Posted July 3, 2009 Report Posted July 3, 2009 Good luck to him. Will never have done so much hoovering up and dishes. Will quickly learn how to make the beds... The chores around the house alone now will be 24 / 7.... how the heck he'll have times for his pigeon heaven knows... And sadly he won't have any holidays to be able to catch up on them. Indeed no holidays at all lol. Boredom :-/ All the best to him.
cemetary Posted July 3, 2009 Report Posted July 3, 2009 Wish him all the best mate, he has earned his corn, working since he was 15, someone like your father has done proud. He will enjoy, but miss the work.

fletch Posted July 3, 2009 Author Report Posted July 3, 2009 thanks for all these great comments guys, my dad has raced birds since 1967 and he says that pigeon fanciers are the best kind of people, and with all these comments i can understand why.
