gangster Posted December 6, 2009 Report Posted December 6, 2009 we were at the show saturday am, i must say im impressed with the new make over given to the inside, on entry to show 1st up was STUART WILCOX doing a cracking auction of both the raymond molveld birds and in my humble opinion NEW SENSATIONS DR FRANS SWOL BIRDS!! ill stand by my words that this time next year they will have made there mark in the uk then we walkes around the very spacious lower level past plenty of stalls selling all your needs from birds to medication, also some nice lofts, we also called to view NPO AUCTIONS LES GREEN was auctioning birds for PETE VANDER MEWER and a good sale they had. the top level had a big area for eating with what i must say was a fantastic choice of food far superior to other shows ive attended also plenty of bars for both beer n coffee ect..in fact there is still scope for it to be even bigger next year, well ill be heading back up shortly to meet up with more of our members,..mick

Roland Posted December 6, 2009 Report Posted December 6, 2009 This happens many times most seasons. I know a few Selling off birds that they don't have any longer. And many more winning with someones elses birds and still selling their old 'Has - beens on the 'Understanding' that these are still doing the buisness. Yes a great name made by one household name flew a different bird - Originally - and then after that name was no longer, continued sell the new strain which were also more than good. This last one I have no qualms with really as they were the birds that had done the goods. The others....... Well lets say I always atate, if you have a repore with a certain fellow, trust your first gut feeling and believe you are BOTH being honest with each other, then that is as good as you will ever get.
kirky Posted December 6, 2009 Report Posted December 6, 2009 wonder how many other birds have been sold at other shows or sales with same pedigree,
