great week end for getting the doo's oot

what a great weekend we've had in lanarkshire for getting the birds out we got the two sets of cocks out then the hens they've not been out much so the hens done there 20 minutes just about ready to come down and 2 buzzards started to play about with each other above the loft that kept the hens up for another quarter of an hour the poor things lol.

wish i never let mine out yesturday got back from work cracking day thought i let the birds out as well as a stock hen i managed to break what a bad dissition misses was out putting the washing out i was in loft scrapping out pergrine straight through them 3 time seen it fly off with one off my birds wasnt happy all the birds no sign for 3 hours then they came back no white stock hen and a corka of a chequer 09 cock holes in the side of its chest god nose how it managed to get away from the pergrine ended up me going straight up to good friend and he had to put a stitch in so now because of this got a 09 yearling out for a while lost a good white hen gutted is a understatement o well you win some you loose some.

sorry to hear..  havent had mine out yet the sparrow hawk has killed 4 sparrows and  little dove  in the next doors garden ill be keeping mine in for a bit longer

have early warning system for bop 100yds behind loft a water tower populated by crows they soon chase them away. and they warn birds and pigeons have gone up and circling bop from above havent lost a bird from bop in 6 yrs here around loft

had my pigeons out for the 1st time today..  tryed to home 40 pigeons  my heads dizzy watching them fly in different directions but not to bad  37 back in  2 out on the house roof but wont come down and 1 awol  not a bad day
