just heard on the news about a accident, kids on a bus in lanarkshire, 18 seriously injured, bloody weather :-/ :-/ :-/

It doesn't sound to good but must admit if the weathers so bad why go on a school trip!

wow!! long way to go for a day trip, must be at least 250 miles fron lanarkshire to alton towers, And a 6 hour ride on the coach!!

totally agree,,how many times has weather been wrong no good blaming any1 it,s just a bad accident wont b 1st and certainly wont b last,,we down here in newcastle were supposed to get it and we nva had as much as a snowflake,,but my heart goes out to all families and friends involved

just had it on news bus  went off round and crashed into water there was on ther way to olton tower my thoughts go out to the young gals parents as well as others that been injuyed 45 passenger fall 15 feet into water the bus hit black ice on the road very sad news.

cos it was discussed and the driver said the bus could handle the condition but what poor bloke didnt take into consideration was black ice which is what caused the accident skidded on black ice and hit side ov bridge and went ova the top crashing 15feet into cold water,,,,the young lass died cos she was trapped under the bus in the water which no1 new was there till fireman found her

seen the the sea king helicopter flying  low over my house this morning  at 08.25  little did i know it was taking the injured to the southern general

so very sad to think of the parents that waved goodbye this morning and will never see there daughter again

tis very sad indeed , the roads were treacherous this morning in that area , saw another accident a little later on . the snow was forecast but how do you tell the children the trips cancelled 24 hrs before they go ??                andy.
