johno Posted March 18, 2010 Report Posted March 18, 2010 hotrod over the last couple of years by the time you get to the start of june there is not enough to cover the fuel. ybs much the same two maybe three weeks then numbers are poor. over the season, the last two anyway, the money taken struggles to cover the fuel costs. other point is i usually take the birds from up here as if we wait on the doos from your area some doos are four or five hours in the basket. tuesday and thursday i drive 33miles from gordos place and release. wednesday usually coldstream/st boswells. a drive of around 90 miles each way. £3 a day. some people do give the wee bit extra on a wednesday.

sapper756 Posted March 18, 2010 Report Posted March 18, 2010 I have used cems training trailer, and have found it to be good training, a good service, especially for people like myself who work, as for an extra £1 you get the birds collected from your door now that is a good service
