GREETINGS MY FELLOW FANCIERS. I PAIRED MY BIRDS IN DECEMBER, UNFORTUNETLY DUE TO THE WEATHER (I BELIEVE SO) VERY FEW LAYED EGGS. SOME ARE ACTUALLY TRADING (MATTING) NOW AS WE SPEAK. IS IT TOO LATE FOR HAVING YBS NOW? SOME IRANIAN FANCIER FROM BOREHAMWOOD CLUB SAID HE HAS ABOUT 100 YBS AND IT IS TOO LATE FOR ME TO HAVE YBS NOW. IS THIS FOR REAL.?

There better be plenty time pete  as i  have only paired a couple of pairs up last weekend that are going to sales and wont be pairing,  the rest untill 14th march  which is when i have always paired since 1978   as that was the last year i paired mid january.

No not too late, but sure what can you do anyhow.

You will have to breed them anyway, later youngsters always trive in the better weather.

Good luck with the season and hope you prove your mate wrong.
