A true legend . Went to school with Jim 65 yrs ago remember messing about with his fathers fancy doos even then. His records in north section are untouchable and imo the best ever  600/700 ml fancier in Snfc but Jim was a great competitor in every race .Condolences to Ann & family

RIp Jammie you did so much so often in one season That it takes most fanciers  to achteve in a lifetime of racing What a Ledgend .  Condolences to all your family

The word legend is used far to often nowadays but in the case of Jim Donaldson he was a true legend. His performances up in to the north of Scotland will never be beaten. Jim along with his wife will be remembered as one off if not the best real Distance fancier’s Scotland has ever produced
