THE FIFER
if you have late breads, what is your winter , training, feeding etc
ally mac
I don't race ybs but they get trained over the winter when weather permits. Tend to get a lot less hassle from Percy. If I see a settled spell I will get them going.

lanarkshire lad
My latebreds have had around 12 to 15 short tosses as far a lanark 15miles to me as the pigeon flys .They are shut in now being fed a good quality moulting mix and next year they’ll be expected to toe the line to 250mile mark and maybe beyond. alec guinness
Got to agree with Walter regarding the latebreds, too many fanciers take a couple and forget them all winter and lose them at the first races the next year and say latebreds are a waste of time. A basket full in their own section and out every day and tossed on good days midweek my mum and dad would take them when going for the messages and at the weekend I would take them to the away games when watching the famous partick thistle,we turned out some crackers over the years with birds scoring at club fed and national, had a wee hen win 4 SNFC OPEN POITIONS,a bit of time and work but very well worth it.
