Doncaster Pigeon Show Update

 

The government is to revise the date for indoor events to go ahead. Indoor gatherings were due to be given the green light from 1st October 2020 with a number of new safety measures, which we and the racecourse had been working on.

 

However, in light of new measures to suppress the virus and keep the number of infections down we have taken the decision to postpone the event.

 

We are currently awaiting this government review and are extremely hopeful that we can plan the event safely for Saturday 9th January 2021.

 

We will update/confirm this as soon as is possible.

A lot of years since I was at either Andy,but by all accounts Doncaster appears to be the better of the two,that's from other peoples opinions.

we were already considering "Peterlee" show (by the NEHU) if thats on this year (normally) November . yet it will depend a lot on what rules and regulations are put upon us Lindsay .

The local council in Doncaster are not issuing any licences for big gatherings so if they stopped the st leger meet I don't see them letting doo men in but hope I am wrong .
