Colsacre Posted July 26, 2020 Report Posted July 26, 2020 Fraserburgh & District club saw 5 members send 155 birds to Brechin, a distance of 70 miles to most. 1. C McRae - 14142. A Buchan - 13733. A Buchan - 13734. A Buchan - 13735. M Whittleton - 13306. C McRae - 1324 Well done Colin on winning the race. Well done Matthew taking his first club placing of the season AND winning the £10 nom. Also new member Gavin in 10th club in his first ever race. Returns were slow and most birds have worked back home from the west. On a sadder note, it’s Alec Geddes’s last day as an active pigeon man. He has had to give them up due to recent ill health. He will still keep an interest especially as young Logan Lindsay has taken Alecs birds home to Fyvie and is looking forward to racing his bloodlines Next year.
