paddymac Posted November 3, 2018 Report Posted November 3, 2018 Think they should ban them now and only make available for organised functions, we have had them going off for last couple weeks now absolute nightmareThats what we have in place here in the north of Ireland and it has certainly reduced the firework parties in housing estates big time.
greenlands Posted November 3, 2018 Report Posted November 3, 2018 Every night for the last week,I'm just about a nervous bloody wreck. :emoticon-0127-lipssealed:
Roland Posted November 3, 2018 Report Posted November 3, 2018 Over the back garden the idiot ALWAYS spends a fortune on fireworks. Birth days, Xmas and Nov 5th. He is about 7 foot away from my loft. Starts normally about 10 - 11 O'clock till about 2 in morning. Started last night and I expect it will go on to Tuesday. Used to get peeved and worry regards the doo's. Never did any harm in that respect though to be honest.
john cumming Posted November 3, 2018 Report Posted November 3, 2018 Lads n lassesJust a reminder that it is against the law to set off fireworks between 11pm and 7am, except on Bonfire Night when they can be set off until midnight. John

John True, so very true. Mind if phoned the police wouldn't say it, but the answer would be 'Bog off, don't you think we have more deserving things to be doing than that'. But reply 'Thank you for bring that to our notice, or . we thank you for your concern and understand Bla bla and we will send a police car around to have a look … you an phone 20 times more lol... but very unlikely they would get there. When challenged they will just say. 'We did send two cars round to have a look.. but couldn't see or hear anything'1 'But it's number 23 etc'. We will keep an eye out thank you lol. Me I just turn the tele up and think I …. lol
