danny there are 14 birds and 42 syndicate members my figure is for all prizes going to the syndicate adding upto £625 each member so the £900 plus each would have to come out a prize pot of over £38,000 as you say if they win 1st prize that equates to £309 each i hope the lads do well out of it and the race becomes a regular feature when everythings sorted out

think your maths is a bit out there danny you say total prize money for all races is £27,000 divide that by the amount of syndicate members which i think is around 42 equates to £642 each and thats winning all the prizes available

the geraldys wouldnt be compatable with other transporters baskets when ferrying birds into a central area dont want to be swapping birds from basket to crates after they have been racemarked the less disruption to the birds the better imo if they had wanted the geraldys they could have possibly used some of the existing ones from other feds who are not vat registered and wouldnt have to charge vat on top of any hire charge
