I am trying to contact a fancier from around Kirrimuir area or somewhere near the glen's. He left his number with me before christmas and i cant find it.I have his bull box here to get to him. I believe his name is Brian but i could be wrong. Thanks all DAVID
Hi Mate. Sorry to hear that mate. I too received an email sometime ago regarding DVD's for sale from an Eddie Bateman.(last summer) I was not interested in DVD's at the time but from what you say i believe this guy is looking at the forums for new starters or guys not so clued up on the game and sending them these mails just trying his luck. I am sure i was sent one as well via my pm box on the pigeon chat site.I will have a look for you. These people are the dreg's and need the full treatment when found out. All the best. DAVID
Van-verminex Fantastic stuff, i used it a couple of seasons ago before they stopped it's stocking to british suppliers. I have tried other products since then and nothing can live with that stuff. ...It's a shame but thats the way it goes. DAVID
Cheers boys. Thanks Bigda .Only food prices needed. Thanks endflight for the contact details. David I would be over three hours from me to coatbridge but thanks all the same. DAVID
Found in a Barn north east Aberdeenshire SU09 NE 5011.This pigeon was reported to me by a guy clearing out a barn full of ferrals near the coast. Unfortunately this pigeon has been reported to me dead...from the description i was given i believe it was a grizzle. Not a great ending for this bird but maybe put a fancier into the know of where one of his pigeons ended up. DAVID
How true. Saw two peregrines one early morning a long time ago on the Solway firth take out a single lone pink foot. Never seen anything like it . DAVID
Thanks Ian. Ian parsons was on a couple of weeks ago and i saw one or two members singing his praises for getting involved with the site . I thought this was a fantastic thing for the younger members and older novices alike. It gives a professional feel to the forum and promotes curiosity to learn. I was only wanting to ask him about giving Paramyxo and paratyphus jabs together. There are so many conflicting pieces of advice & information to giving these vacs' together i thought i would get some free info' (I am sure Jumbo has told me about dual vac's)? Cheers again Ian.
Thanks for your reply Old yellow. You are the only individual who has answered me. On forums these days nobody is interested in sensible conversation. Not to worry. DAVID
I am surprised some of you flyers do not mention position more often on the thread. I think some flyers think it is taboo to talk of position as it takes merit away from the fancier...Up to middle distance i know this plays a key roll. David
Thanks for the kind info' chaps. OLD YELLOW. This docking thing is just another pile of twaddle that has been caused by the show fraternity docking dogs for cosmetic reasons right up to the ass' rump. Tossers the lot of them. There are vet's who will do it in England but only if they know there client has a genuine future working pup to be docked.(Scotland is a total bann) Thanks for the offer of one of your sisters but it must be a Jackie .Thanks! The little dog is not for me but would have a fantastic home with a good friend of mine. Thanks all. DAVID
Not a pigeon topic Would any one on the forum know where there is a litter of Jack russel's pups available?(DOCKED,SMALL TYPE AND A *expletive removed*) Cheers DAVID *FEMALE*
Hi Alan. How you doing? I gifted the eye glass to a forum member. Some chap called ted got it..Bewted is his forum name.It was a present from my sister but i never used it. I haven't heard if he's used it yet( silence is golden so they say)...Sorry Alan .I thought you had an eye glass .dont you need a lot of sun to use them. DAVID
I am not aware of prices for wheat but just got caught short of Barley .I am just back from my local HARBRO where they charged me £8.75 for a bag of whole barley. The same last year was £4.75 Things are bad, DAVID
