Now there is a suprise eh Tammy? Think some of you lads had better watch your backs bet you wish you were the same as "me" now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Sorry Fifer I don't see any insult here it was simply a statement of fact and I did go out of my way to assure you it was nothing personal. I would be interested if you could explain how you were able to use that quote. Also so that some people don't go making a proper fool of themselves I have no idea who ME2 is either. I know who "me" is right enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"GEORDIE ARE YOU CLOCKMAN IN DISGUISE??? " if he is I think I better ask hin for tips on disguising "me"self before too long. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
"I guess this has come about from the AI threat " only if you fed officials are particularly thick Diamond Dave. Paramyxyovirus and A1 H5NI are mutually exclusive so if that is the reason they are demanding it be done then they know as much about it as as some other experts. Also if you are one of the guys who mate up early to have "darkness" youngsters there is no need to hand in two vac sheets infact this is one of the few benifets of breeding darkness youngsters but in my opinion the only one and in the long term a waste of young doos!!

"SO WHAT ARE YOU SAYING ABOUT THAT "ME" NEVER TOOK YOU LONG TO POINT OUT "MY FED FAULTS" YOU NOT ANYTHING TO SAY ABOUT IT.AFTER ALL "MY FED "HAS DONE NOTHING LIKE THAT" Just noticed your post Peggy. Take it you meant to quote your previous post as well Peggy apoligies if I have guessed wrong! The legal situation is slighty different believe it or not,as in not so clear cut. But in my view the principle is the same the more guys who want to race doos with whatsoever club the better. Suprised you had to ask that one actually Peggy thought I was more transparent than that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

appreciate that Geordie but that was not the question that I posed in the opening post of my thread I am not particulsrly bothered about votes at AGM'S SOME ARE RESPECTED SOME ARE NOT. I am interested in the future of channel racing into Scotland. Whats that old saying Turkeys voting for Xmas? -

Exactly Alf all these guys want to go to a middle distance yearling race (well it is at that time of year) rather thab go to Sartilly or something similar believe "me" I would be the first to support that but my guess is the guys running the club have given up on that one and a wee inland race with some of the members only flying some 270+ miles will be better supported. See where I am coming from?? -

think you are thinking of the changes to the gold award rules that came in a few years ago Tammy which stated a certain total distance had to be flown.Although that in its self was pretty dodgy when you consider the problem it gives the guys in the south. The fairer way would have been to say "you need 5 tickets from over the water " end of story. -

Actually in reality all the trouble was caused by TOO MANY MEMBERS turning up for meetings!! Some of us did turn up and were denied a vote on a legitimate proposal properly laid before the AGM. -

am i the only one who is concerned about the snfc running around organising short distance races instead of channel races which made the club members and their birds renowned world wide? -
I prefer to play Percy Edwards greatest hits.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your posts were the ones that were rude and caused all the problems, you were clearly trying to goad the mod team into action and you were successful. Your pm to "me" was not much better but you would be suprised the number of guys who have pm'd saying they agree with me. Since you can't take a telling when asked nicely consider yourself blocked!
-
My two moderating friends have deleted ALL of my posts on the SNFC Maidstone thread Tammy so I well understand why you find it confusing.
-
my only concern ALF BOY is the future of long distance pigeon racing into Scotland look at others posts on here and lets be honest they are more interested in pigeon politics than the plight of long distance pigeon racing. Okay I might be a dinasaur but in the old days if someone tried to sell a doo to win from 300 miles people would have fell about laughing now daft buggers will pay alot of money for doos guys like "me" would give them for nothing!
-
thanks to all the guys for their pm's to thank me for sticking up for Long distance racing into SCOTLAND once it is gone lads it will be gone for ever. Saying that I sincerely hope they enjoy that phenominal thrill soon then they would know what I am campaigning for!

still good solid clocks Tammy unless someone is going to suggest banning them to make everyone use ETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ask David Bedford and his twin they might know.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clubs becoming Federations ????
me replied to GREENGRASS's topic in Pigeon Politics, Rules & Regulations
Homer lad according to the pm's buzzing about no one takes a blind bit of notice of you, and sadly I don't find that hard to believe. How are "THE PRIMROSE" doing Homer still to the fore I hope"" -

about what bartie frankie or whatever don't see whwere you have been brave enough to tackle any of the "big questions" -
I can see you are one of those guys who go to Rothesay on holiday because Spain and Portugal are too far away and foreign.lol Can't see you ever taking part in an International race Homer. When I was a wee boy (well sort of a wee boy) Wellbank Endurance was a great doo everyone including Jim Biss, thought it was a phenonamal pigeon. The fact that Jock came from Dundee did not matter a jot, the fact he had agreat doo "DID" Lancashire Rose was another great pigeon came from the North of England WHO cared. Great wee hen! We had thousands more doomen and thousands more doos then and believe it or not no one gave a toss about politics. Now everyone seems interested in making it ackward for some of their fellow fanciers to enjoy the sport they love. We are all doo men why not try to encourage people to enjoy their doos instead of trying to make it a power struggle to see who is allowed to race their doos or not. I have said it before we are a dying breed it is not a question of "if " it is a question of "when". To a certain extent that decision is "ours" the ordinary pigeon men and women. We just have to be geneous enough to each other to realise that. All the best Homer, hope you have a good season.
