Shut the trap. Only open the trap when ALL the birds are on the loft. The older ones should be well on the wing so maybe a bit of encouragement. If you have been feeding a bit heavy then the birds may be fat and uninterested in exercise so you may have to be firm with them initially u til they get on the wing. Control is what you need and feeding is the tool to use

Aye. we dropped one after a minging 10 doon last week???? The guys in the know told me that they werent trained or were ill but the 2nd team from the same loft from the same racepoint had a great race!!!
