I had a P*** race 1/4 and nowhere. Solway raced out to 121 miles before the Nat, not enuff for me, our fed race is the morra 160. I have LOADS of ybs left, is that what is needed or is it education? ? Well done the timers
1/4 here John. Just ripped a whole in the back of loft for a hen aviary for next year too many yb left. Should have sent more to the Nat. Will send 20 tonight to the fed open. S J Irving Jnr best down here seemingly 13.38
I stuck to natural for years, always blaming something for not using darkness, was sick of being last so have been using it for the last few years. The difference is obvious in the results and the condition of the birds is excellent. I have an idea that if we don't breed from the yearlings early that it gives them a better chance in the racing season ahead. Don't know if this is P*** but it's my theory and I am sticking tae it lol
No for me. Shut them up, keep them warm, get them a bath and let the feathers come out. Before ye know it it will be December and you won't have to defrost them before mating lol
You better get the ets on then. Best of luck. Am looking at the wind and the weather and thinking I should have sent more Aye Way too far for us. 6 Hrs 20 mins for you then
Having to convert my dads wee 8 box natural section into a hen section wae a 6ft avary on the back of loft. Our usual roundabout sections will have to go to two 12 box widow for the cocks. Quite enjoying the problem of too many ybs left tho
