I didn't mean you were saying that, but I have heard it mooted around that in the past Lanarkshire was a bit high handed. I was attempting to highlight that it was in the past and we should be looking to the future. Glasgow managed last year for a joint race and I think it was successful, so after that little step, perhaps it could be built on during the course of 2016. In regard to Lanarkshire setting their programme earlier than the rest, that just happens to be when they traditionally so do, nothing wrong in that. The advantage to the other Feds is that they can organise their programmes to suit joint conveying / liberations / amalgamated races because they already know Lanarkshire's programme. This is not a case of Lanarkshire calling the shots, it is just good sense to tie in if Lanarkshire's programme suits the other Feds.
