the whites are garden fantails, the black could possibly be a cross between a fantail and a pouter, but more fantail.

i got 2 brought round to me a while ago by someone who picked them up in their garden, i put them in my loft and my birds went mad flying about so had to take them out and took them to the local park who keep fantails etc, they were there for a while as i used to go up and see them walking around with the fantails.

the problem with youngsters is if they go into another loft they can be a problem getting them to home to u again,

when at school 14yrs, and we had a boys club, and birds were convoyed with the local club. for free, we did'nt have clocks so had to run to a point with ur rubber.

we used to go to work on the farms picking the potatoes as a youngster and we always came home each day with a sand bag of beans, was the feeding for the pigeons, good for distance i would say as there is lots of water content in beans.

one fancier in leven is getting one on his loft. come next month april we should get a rest from them as when they are feeding young they go for small pray, and the crows are with young and keep them at bay, the only thing is u have to watch the crows, :'( :'( :'( :'(
