got the UNIKON MANAGER 2008 on my new pc and my laptop, but will have to go and get other cables to connect to the base station to finnish the upgrade,

I agree and thats why there are so many rules to try and stop it, but some dont like rules, but just think what any organisation would be if they didnt have any, and as far as clocks go i would say the ets is the most secure,

in all open races. and officials can check on lofts and birds and pads wich are sealed to the loft at any time, a birds flying 50 miles shorter than it should could come in with a velocity that would be noticed i think,

also there is such a thing as a impossible velocity, if a bird has done the distance with a much higher velocity than the rest there wold be a check on it, but if its a big race and money the winning birds are liberated at the owners loft by officials and must return to it,

how would the bird know to drop into another loft ???? also each clock has a number which is allocated to the member,, and a bird can only be timed in to the clock it is regestered to, so the fancier would have to have his clock at the other loft as well , so would'nt be able to time in at his own loft,

it was at a agm and the proposal was on the agenda so all shu members had their chance to attend and vote for or against, I was at that meeting and voted against, but we were defeated, so like many others as sportsmen we accepted it,

cheers m8, i think i will give the problem to unikon, if they are updating ur equipment they should make sure its compatible with what you have,

the cable i have for my base station to the pc is a small parellar port thing, which i have on my old pc with windows ME, but i do not have this on my new pc with windows XP,

it was the wrong paperwork we got explaining what to do, but yes got the right ones 2 day, but still not getting it, I have one pc with windows ME which I have all the old unikon club on and cant get the new disc to download on it, it is ok on my other pc with windows XP but the fittings from the base doiesnt fit this one so i think i will just throw the lot in the bin, fed up with it all,
