you have 3 pads but only 1 clock, its the clock that you set not the pads, and with ets RPRA rules you are limited to your number of bird entry but with a conventional clock you can have stall traps with as many entries as you want, also you can take your clock from loft to loft you can carry it with you but with ets your 3 pads are fixed and you cant move them, so who really has the advantage if you are flying to more than 1 loft or compartments, ???

its all down to pairing too early, too cold and rain winds etc, what other birds mate in the winter, its not natural, also it only takes second for eggs to chill if birds come off for feeding etc,

just double clicked on the photo to get a better look, you can see new featers forming, still in the quills, on the front of the neck as well also on the back of the neck, white birds always look bad when moulting, but just keep an eye on it watch for the new feathers coming out, also would give it some insect powder for safety,

looks like moulting, are you feeding conditioning seed, if the birds fit and no other symptoms i think it should be ok, just keep an eye on it for any other symptoms,if it was getting pecked it would be the top of thehead, looks like moulting,

is the skin marked ? if so could be another bird pecking it,

fantails often fly in funny ways,

can you not put eggs under others

if they are tame they are happy so would rather have that than the other way, i cant stand those birds that go beserk when you go in the loft, it upsets the rest,

there is in scotland about free roaming creetiures, and cats come into it i had the act a few weks ago but cant find it but will have a look for it, i remember the section covering cats wre, if the are causing a nuisence in a public place and you know the owner you report it to your local council who will deal with it, if its on private land such as back gardens etc you get a court order for the owner to keep them away,

in scotland there is a law if you know the owner they can get an order to keep cats from annoying you, i put this act on site a few weeks ago i must have a look for it you can get a court order, if cats are a niusence in public places u report it to the council, if its in private ground you get a court order,

yes there is one there they have been using on golf courses for years, so could be good,
