i have nestboxes on the floor which i just use for storing, but during the moult they collect all the feathers,

the webmaster is at present away,and not able to get online, but will deal with all matters causing problems on his return, this seams to be a permanant thing for the webmaster each time he returns from a break, last time he put the site off to make changes to try and sort things out, but here he is coming back to the same,

yes it was a PORTER and RICHARDSON WILDEMEERSCH I bought last year they must have some form of instink to get to a loft it has never seen from the outside, fly away but still have an idea where the loft is,

cheers Tammy and Billy, saw it a few times flying around so kept some birds out as long as i could, got up next morning let more out along with his hen he had last year as he was not paired yet, had to go out and on returning he was sitting on the loft with the other birds and dropped in no problem, had him out 2 day and homing ok, cheers

my g/son has been interested in my birds since he could walk, hje is now 12 still goes to blackpool and knows all the birds but not the same interest, he plays football now in a lokal learning club, which is good for them its all governed by the SFA etc, must have proper refs, which have to be paid for etc, i got landed as chairman of their club.

beans always was a good feed for both old and young as the have a large percentage of water, so i would say they are good for racing, and young feeding, i use versa lager for youngster feeding but also mix in hormoform which brings your youngsters on well,

it was always the done thing for new starts to race young birds, but now with so many losses new starters could be disapointed if they lost a lot of young birds which would leive them with little to race asold birds, i would race some and train some out for racing as yearlings,

our club used unikon last year, everyone delighted, with it, makes marking, timing in, and taking off clocks a whole lot easier, this year when you take off you are going to have all the birds clocked in with their velocities all worked out on the printout,
