Hi Phil.....firstly welcome to the sight. I would take a real hard look at making your own.....I am in a similar position to yourself, and recently priced the timber to build a 24 x 6. Made from 3/4 shiplap, 3/4 plywood for floor, OSB for roof (felted) all sides and roof on 3 x 1.5 framework, flooring on 4 x 1.5 joists. My cost for timber falls in around £500 !!!! This is just for shell, won't take a lot to fit out inside.

The system I would reckon isrelatively safe from both outside and inside. As someone said before, Richard could access the info, but I would imagine it would have to contain some seriously illegal info before he would take that step.

Tam, have just been talking to my son, who is doing IT degree course at Univ. He reckons the system would be safe enough because whoever set up the software will have been very mindful of security, and will be as safe as sending an ordinary E-mail to someone. As Thimbles has stated, systems can be hacked, although, with all due respect to PB and its' users, we haven't quite reached CIA, FBI or NASA levels where someone would want to spend the time or money to gain access to messages on this site !! It certainly won't give me any problems in sending a PM to someone.

If memory serves right, B&Q keep 2 types of creosote.....water based & petroleum based

Going at it from this angle would mean a complete re-organisation of the sport and its' governing bodies as we know them
