    amtrak going bust?

Be some time, if ever, before admins sort it out... Might not actyally mean that they won't re - open. 'Careful what one wishes for' does indeed spring to mind Chriss. Now whether one likes it or not, Fanciers' will have to pull together, Have to put hands up, or into their pocket, and sort out a relay set up, with of course help from the likes of, if not only AMdeliveries. Need a webwork inside feds / counties then country for decent and effective set up I believe. Fear too many will be saying already. 'Well won't have the birds back then ... or something silly like 'Good Riddance to them'.
  2. Yep Gain Advantage... even let onbe take them, and nip up the road with just their own next day...

For instance, any money losing adventures will be debated as to whether to raise costs, able to raise costs, or just drop it. That won't be sorted today fear, may be wrong...

    amtrak going bust?

Golly gosh, Tuesday is a long day, and ALL the workers / Meetings have to be sorted first surely! :B Be at least late tonight, more likely 2mora or Thursday before what is what is sort if they are too carry on, been taen over. Then a week or two before any light is shed, I would have thought, because the agenda has been set out and agreed to.
  5. Mate packed up, I was the only one willing to fetch and train his birds after his heart attack. Yes al promised help and support galore, even on three doors way. All were within a mile. I went 20 miles out me way too. Soon as he packed up they were around like Vultures for his birds etc. They still say what a pity he packed up etc. and how they helped etc. Yes they did help... Helped him to pack up!
  6. A child was asked to write a book report on the entire Bible. This is amazing and brought tears of laughter to my eyes. I wonder how often we take for granted that children understand what we are teaching??? Me, well not sure as of a child… feel some part may have been added personally. But is a laugh. Through the eyes of a child: The Children's Bible in a Nutshell In the beginning, which occurred near the start, there was nothing but God, darkness, and some gas. The Bible says, 'The Lord thy God is one, but I think He must be a lot older than that. Anyway, God said, 'Give me a light!' and someone did. Then God made the world. He split the Adam and made Eve. Adam and Eve were naked, but they weren't embarrassed because mirrors hadn't been invented yet. Adam and Eve disobeyed God by eating one bad apple, so they were driven from the Garden of Eden. Not sure what they were driven in though, because they didn't have cars. Adam and Eve had a son, Cain, who hated his brother as long as he was Abel. Pretty soon all of the early people died off, except for Methuselah, who lived to be like a million or something. One of the next important people was Noah, who was a good guy, but one of his kids was kind of a Ham. Noah built a large boat and put his family and some animals on it. He asked some other people to join him, but they said they would have to take a rain check. After Noah came Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Jacob was more famous than his brother, Esau, because Esau sold Jacob his birthmark in exchange for some pot roast. Jacob had a son named Joseph who wore a really loud sports coat. Another important Bible guy is Moses, whose real name was Charlton Heston. Moses led the Israel Lights out of Egypt and away from the evil Pharaoh after God sent ten plagues on Pharaoh's people. These plagues included frogs, mice, lice, bowels, and no cable. God fed the Israel Lights every day with manicotti. Then he gave them His Top Ten Commandments. These include: don't lie, cheat, smoke, dance, or covet your neighbor's stuff. Oh, yeah, I just thought of one more: Humor thy father and thy mother. One of Moses' best helpers was Joshua who was the first Bible guy to use spies. Joshua fought the battle of Geritol and the fence fell over on the town. After Joshua came David. He got to be king by killing a giant with a slingshot. He had a son named Solomon who had about 300 wives and 500 porcupines.. My teacher says he was wise, but that doesn't sound very wise to me. After Solomon there were a bunch of major league prophets. One of these was Jonah, who was swallowed by a big whale and then barfed up on the shore. There were also some minor league prophets, but I guess we don't have to worry about them.. After the Old Testament came the New Testament. Jesus is the star of The New. He was born in Bethlehem in a barn. (I wish I had been born in a barn too, because my mom is always saying to me, 'Close the door! Were you born in a barn?' It would be nice to say, 'As a matter of fact, I was.') During His life, Jesus had many arguments with sinners like the Pharisees and the Republicans. Jesus also had twelve opossums. The worst one was Judas Asparagus. Judas was so evil that they named a terrible vegetable after him. Jesus was a great man. He healed many leopards and even preached to some Germans on the Mount. But the Republicans and all those guys put Jesus on trial before Pontius the Pilot. Pilot didn't stick up for Jesus. He just washed his hands instead. Anyways, Jesus died for our sins, then came back to life again. He went up to Heaven but will be back at the end of the Aluminum. His return is foretold in the book of Revolution.

P.s, fanciers not bothering to answeer, or wanting birds back is now going to be increased and become a big burden, AN PAIN in the neck, and STILL will we have to help 'Joe Public' regardless of thoughts, deeds, hardships etc. AND I believe the RPRA will be more insistant on that aspect.

Well I am sad that it has turned out as it has... Not for Amtrax, -Yet the workers regardless what some think of them, but further for the great loss to our sport. Never mind all the crap scenarios, they were a boon to us, though not appreciated. Time now for some to put up and especially those that advocated that better could be had, to sort out where this BETTER is, and when it is available to be had! Amdeliveries may well be able to fill a big hole. Personally I'd charge the same as Amtrax if I was them, but in any case, EVERY location needs to be up and about getting things sorted for them selves to Help Am deliveries etc, and THEMSELVES. Yes I bang on and beat a drum... tell me now how we will be better off without them! Yes if some get off arses and do what they want, and BELIEVE others should be doing!
  10. Yep, and the Fancier from Derby that was a great National winner, who's flipping name always seems o escape me, had 8 nest boxes in a circle on top of Cat Proof poles. Flew natural f course and won big time.
  11. great... now what was I dreaming about... oh yeah Dovescot being the local Tory candinate ...
  12. Well I personally don't frouble a truck who sells what and how. Do believe strongly though that a % should go to the Website. Also feel that Name / Strain selling should / could be curbed as it usually means a load of old proven crap being passed on . But then who am I to say oat :-/ :-/

Well one has to take the cash where ever it is available. Mind it was to promote or raise their flag, or I'd never have done that. They call me 'Roly the Red'.

You see Phil and Co, say I had three vans, and I got Louella and the other studs contracts... 3 vans would be very quickly inadequate! They will want different area's covers on the same days... and quite some distances apart. How many 'Feather Merchants' are there? Just Louella's would suffice as the costs of sinlge trips here and there, and three four different places at same time dileveries... And you would loose money overall every trip! No it has to be done via US, / Or by a National courier, prehaps better still US with help / in conjunction with a National courier.
  20. Jak Jak, and me, about 5 and 6 miles respectively.
  21. Yep agree ... needs to really be a supermarket job, or health shop. But with the high protein wouldn't need many... Just enough to see if there are bigger issues that need addresing ... which I'd there is often.
  22. Tic beans are flipping scare as of now, 25% protien is their fortitude... A few peanuts has a higher protein. Feed high protein for three days... Take them out of loft and feed heavy again. SA little lemon or grapefruit will make them eat well. Put them back in loft after you have whitened the floor. Any wet droppings get shot of... Or a Vet. Phara / Salmonella is one of the great troubles of our birds. Doesn't show in droppings of course. bacteria may... Ask Johnny 11

that's a great start, and realistic too. £15 + extra to Scotland... May well be cheaper and if carried by fanciers a lot better. Now at least some sensible imput. So for Glouster say another £5... Birmingham a tenner.... Northants another say £5.... Wales is close to most of the South Coast and even London in real terms. (West needs no mention obviously) and West Midlands..... Again North West closeish... Cumbria, and then there may be a loft or two in Scotland... Turning on the gas... not cooking yet, but a heading into realism I feel.
  25. Penny Farthing... thought I had a Bike ...eh! :-/
