    No you don't need to be a member of a club - but don't be forced into transferring the bird if you don't want to

    I don't fly in it - but the Yorkshire Middle Route was libbed from Eastbourne at 9.00am
  6. Thank you oldyellow - for a club race they actually want you down the club within 30 minutes if possto get your clock read off (and its a 15 minute drive) - and a combine race clocks have to be read off within two hours sorry I'm in a bad mood today

  16. wouldn't have thought it was necessary - birds manage fine in January/Feb without lights so September/October shouldn't be a problem
  17. I've plenty of birds missing that I'd like back - but none missing a great length of time that have returned 2 months for one in 2005 - a yearling then - which we still race now

  20. Our club presentations are a sell out - about 150 in attendance - all the club members were at the last one - every single one of them (evil)

  24. I have been to one moot - and wouldn't go out of my way to go to another one - of 5 panellists - I didn't like three of them - and I'd never met them before - first impressions eh???
