Another place to be carefull is at traffic lights,knew a old couple who were just about to pull away from the lights when a young drunken guy jumped in and made them take him a couple of miles down the road luckily there was no violance but the old couple were really shook up.

I would be very interested as to the problems you had with Bricon,we have had no problems with Bricon but with Unikon we have had about 4 members have problems with birds not being clocked,and we could not get a answear from Unikon as to why this happened.

As a club sec.we have both Unikon and Bricon in our club and as Bart says they basically all do the same job,but I must say some of our members have had a lot of problems with Unikon.

I seem to be a bit lost here as to which eyes you are actually evaluating,could you please put the numbers of the eyes against each one.

Cant see that going through as there is no mention of when the application actually goes before the members.

Think Tammy 1 as helped a lot of members out on here give him a try.

Personally i would never buy a pigeon on a pedigree no matter what it was bred off or how much it was,I,ve noticed that there are lots of stock pigeons suddenly comming up for sale on here with fantastic pedigrees but in most cases no mention of what they have bred which when buying a stock pigeon surely is the most important thing you want to know. I would never sell a pigeon that was breeding me winners,but I would a bird with a pedigree as long as your arm that wasn,t.

I,M in Great Malvern about 10 miles away didn,t feel anything here.

As a secretary of close on 30 years now I disagree that the job should be broken down,I find it far easier if I am doing the secs job,treasurers job,ring sec etc etc etc,then I now that these jobs have been done and I dont have to go chasing other people about if something goes wrong.

When you get your own rings allocated whoever does it will delete anything thats allready on there.

I would class these as all very good racing eyes,if Ihad to choose one for stock probably be number 2,just my view.

Bricon will also work with Vista,used it all this season.

I will be there along with 2 or 3 club mates,we have supported this show for quite a few years now,its not that its massive but there are a few stands there and we usually enter a few birds.

If you go fishing pour some on the ground and the worms will rise to the top saves digging for them.

I dont think there is a rule to prevent you doing what you intend but I suppose it depends on the local club wether they will allocate the rings for you,I am in charge of the clock station for the NFC,MCC and also set clocks for other specialist clubs and I would be only to pleased to help someone out in the same suituation but you would have to contact the person in charge at your local club to see if they will do the same.

No offence mate but I hope we have moved on know from all the arguments about who as the better advantage etc.We were having all those 18 months ago so please dont lets start again.

I believe this is a rule up in Scotland,not in the Rpra.Would think that club officials could go round and check,
