  1. Well I sent my whole team all three of 'em for their fourth race of the year three more to go
  2. NFC do not allow channel isles to race so can't be a national midland national obvious misnomer BICC simply an international club which allows all members from the mainland to compete in the internationals BBC therefore must be the only National in the country
  3. krauth buscheart spangle aarden. Don't matter if they can do it. 634 mile Pau

  5. Nice to know you still have them. Let me know how you get on with them please. Thanks Pete
  6. Last year we moved house and I let all my young birds go. Does anybody still have any and did they do you anygood. Please don't be too vicious, I did my best and hope they did some one some good. We sold some at Walsal and some on here.
  7. Got to agree with tammy. I had a cock 280th NFC Tarbes 634mile, the next year he went Bath, Taunton, Exeter, 85m 122m 154m. turned him into Perth NRCC 297mile. He was 13th sec never been trained north. If I were left with no water races for next year we would go south with the club, and straight into NRCC. Wouldn't dream of training south road birds north.
  8. I have one from eccosheds and waiting for delivery of another

    Rats

Rats don't like something new. Find their run and hole. put a brick next to it, then a bucket something different each day. They don't like change so move things round every day. Rat moves next door.
  16. Ivermectin every six weeks through racing and moult for me.

    Loft wanted

Yea seen 'em mate 16 foot would mean taking tree down, 7 foot too small. Happy to buy new if I can't find something suitable. Six weeks to look though.
  18. Well I never keep strays in isolation, if you take your birds to race, I bet someones birds are carrying some thing. You better be sure of your own birds health. Birds come to me and I feed and water with mine, however I then chuck 'em out. An Irish stray I had came in, every day for two weeks, but he didn't stay in the pen, infact he left the pen every time I went near. I only knew he was Irish after the wind turned east and he made a try for home, he came back coverd in blood and well bashed up. I got him well and when the wind changed again he went back home. I love pigeons and I love that stray...............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Treat them as you wish others would treat yours.
  19. Thanks for that Sapper. Don't have ets and don't feel the need for another new clock.
  20. So we need to seal the pads in place do we. Talk about shooting youself in the foot. One experienced fancier with ets could have 20 or 30 on the drop while your novice waits for his first. I would have thought a top flyer would at most clock 10 and with ets would remove the pads, may be not now though.

    Loft wanted

Just moved house and looking for 12x6 loft
  22. How do yo mean mate. How long's a piece o' string. Yea they can all go tiz only 100 mile. Maybe just send those with good feather covering. Maybe only send half the team cos you don't want to put all your eggs in one basket. The choice is as easy as you want to make it, or maybe not.
  23. I aint bought a pigeon for two years but may well soon as we just moved. Stuart yours would be top o' the list to view. Stay with it, and try not to be offended by the ill informed.
  24. Gorgeous here in Rugby. Be even better if me birds were sat on my house roof not where we just moved from. ;D
  25. Turns out neither pigeon sat these eggs but laid again and are now sitting
