Very impressive set up.

1 tablespoon to a gallon of water. It alters the acidity in the crop- makes it more difficult for canker to establish itself. I believe apple cider vinegar and cider vinegar are the same thing, I think acv may be the American version, I haven't been able to find it here. ;D

Everything!! The excitement of the first egg hatching and my first babies - 11 squabs later it's still not diminished. The thrill of watching them soaring through the blue sky, seeing their obvious enjoyment of flying. Just love all of it!

A guy, trying to sell me a secondhand, wicker basket today, told me that plywood baskets are the cause of all sorts of problems with the birds and that I should never use them (even if I didn't buy his). What do you use/think? BTW I didn't buy his - it was too big and expensive!
