I will not buy from giants like Comet or Currys. Our local shop will price match, install and return to sort it out if there are any problems. I always try to support local business. Worth asking for price match when you've chosen what you want.

Great - so how do I get them off? I've been told that the birds are harder to ring with the new rings and to make sure that I don't let any get too old or I'll never get them on. :-/

I bought four last year but the birds are not keen to use them - they seem to prefer the loft floor!! :-/

Mine used to be on open hole till a cat found it's way through the sputnik! The cat has moved now but I'm not risking it again!

Agree, my birds are always 'rusty' when they are taken about five miles from the lost after the winter rest. A local top fancier died. His daughter fed and watered the birds for several years and, finally decided to sell them. Everyone clamoured to buy these winning stock and....they did didly squat!

I am taking orders for 2010 pure white Logans. These are quality birds and won't disappoint. Several members have had babies from me over the past few years and can testify to their quality. Thanks for the recommendations guys. I haven't been around for a while - family problems seem to have taken over my life :'(!! I am pairing as soon as the cold snap is over and will have young Logans fro sale then. :)

I've heard of that Don but I used bubble wrap and a very strong cardboard box, the eggs all arrived safely, shame they didnt all hatch. :

True - It is a legal requirement that all electric fence systems are fitted with warning sgns at least every 100m, if they are installed near where members of the public might pass.
