  5. Why you could not phone Glasgow/south Lanarkshire sitting at otterburn to find out the weather up ahead is beyond me. They held till 12.15 due to bad weather at otterburn

  7. two birds in my club from Salisbury Walter Boswell 15.22 and Davie Hannah & Gordon Cook 15.27 well done lad's All home not said that for a while
  8. 2 hrs 28 mins from otterburn 85mile (ish) with South Lanarkshire 4 from 6 the two to come have been hawked and was trying to get them back on the road

  11. No one is interested they are walking about with blinker's on thinking it is not happening. They guy's will wake up one day and realise they have no pigeon's to send to a race maybe then the penny will drop. Long Distance racing will be the first to fall by the wayside.

  14. The boys need a wee break this weekend been a tough season for owners and pigeon's hopefully the race goes well
  15. I have seven races to compete in from the 23rd of june until the 7th of july . Too many races all crammed into two weeks and not enough pigeons
  16. I am the same Tam. I put a bale of easy bed down and don't change it until the season is up found my youngsters health to be a lot better.

  22. Best post I have read for a while. Lanarkshire voted to leave the SNFC duplication idea which has added more races to the programme. Carentan and Salisbury will cost the fed a fortune did say it at the agm but at least the "mighty" Lanarkshire went on there own.( in almond valley's transporter)
  23. Talking to a fancier today who has a bird in Inverness maybe they could split the cost's or meet the north transporter somewhere
