7 days from when the results is made available to all members Friday after a Saturday race always thought this was the 7day rule.

The club i raced in the first six positions was the result.The following week you found out the also rans times.

I wouldn't want my pigeon on any result if it wasn't there on merit.

He certainly can pop up with great results. I remember when Gerry Mcfall was doing well in Low Waters club he said Alan was the danger man most weeks. Well done Alan great results hope it goes on to be a decent auld bird.

The word race has a meaning Vincent.For me your bird still has to be racing to get on the result if only 5 birds make the result then the result should read 5 pigeons not what every Tom Dick and Harry gets home two days later. Youll be glad to see them DOOS but on that occasion they weren't good enough. The SNFC has got to make it hard so when you get a national ticket by making the result then you know you and your bird have achieved something special. So go back and make it harder just like it was before instead of watering down and comparing fanciers and results to the legends who went before.

The gold cup wasn't won due to the change in the race programme. just like John "Alec Guinness" posted earlier.
