Thanks guys family day today to celebrate them off to Hampden for AC/DC concert tomorrow night

Just had a phone call from operations room at Heathrow Airport, someone liberated a sizable flock of pigeons in there vicinity this morning and this has caused an incident leading to a number of the pigeons being killed. Contact will be made with owners/clubs when rings have been identified. A reminder to anyone training or racing look at where you let them go.

***Ayrshire Federation*** Due to the bad weekend weather forecast we will be basketing Thursday evening for a Friday race. We will be liberating at Sedgefield racecourse as per book code 361. Secretary Savage.

Reported via Homing Pigeons. GB 14 V 00356 : The pigeon is dead Comments : Found a cluster of feathers, the feet and the wings and noticed the ring. The remains were found on open heathland near the village of Burley in the New Forest on the 13th Oct around 3.30pm. I hope this gets to the owner so they know what happened to their bird. Thank you.

As the only female at the moot with an interest in pigeons I would just like to say very well done to the guys on the panel (top table) some interesting insight as to how others fly pigeons. And hello to Alf and the other guys from Lanarkshire was nice meeting you all. Sorry I didn't catch all your names it was a blast :-)

Does anyone know any couriers that are transporting pigeons this week. Looking to get some pigeons to Birmingham and Wales Saltire, Loft2loft and High Flyers are not able to do it are there any others that aren't retired or packed it in

Removed the rings. This was at 2.00pm near Aberdalgie village outside Perth.

Going to Blackpool for the first time. Been involved with racing pigeons for a number of years so looking forward to it. Will spend most of the day on stand 115 Benzing and 114 Pigeon Vitality but hope to get a long lunch break to have a wander round

Think it might be a Horsemans from the picture I've seen, contacted a chap in Glasgow and he thinks he knows who it belongs to. Still waiting for him to get back in touch.
