Looking at the training updates we are still in there; First 20 miler; 390th but on the drop with the rest. Second Toss 20 miles; 468th a little off the first ones, but they were more broken up, looks like she came with a main batch Third toss; 596th, but only 1 min after the first bird. Hopefully her trapping will improve for the main races :)

Arras was last week I think [might be wong]. The thing that scuppered it is the BHW printed 10th-16th liberations in the editions 7th and 14th July, missing out this weeks who's where :-/

My experience being a member of the NEHU and the RPRA (cant comment on the others), the latter do a million times more than anyone else; but as with everything they could be doing more - a lot more. Nevermind reading in the fancy press about raising national subs, £4.50 RPRA subs is a joke really, its a wonder they can do what they do do!

50mph for Melton Mowbray in my club in the UNC today. Heard of 36mph from the channel around 340 miles. Also heard about pigeons home from Le Mans (about 400 miles) doing around the 40mph mark.

Just looked on the NFC website, their doing 1200's for 200 miles from St Malo.
