  1. Heard yesterday that there are problems with unsigned clock rolls, mistakes with ring numbers in the race register and untransfered pigeons.
  2. 12 home from 11 from Huntingdon with the UNC yesterday. The extra came from Newakr 3 weeks since.
  3. What flight are your darkness ybs on? Mine have or are just at the moment throwing their 1st. I agree with the daylight issue though, its dark by 8pm and we've got 3 weeks yet! Should be up in 2 groups from Huntingdon.
  4. Their in cracking condition, a credit to you. Mine have more feathers on the floor than on them.lol

    any libs yet

UNC are heldover! It would be interesting if you could let us know how you get on today.
  8. She (Boyd - blue hen) ended up 2nd Club Luckily I left a few off with the weather forecast last week, so at least I've something fresh to go this week. Can only comment on my birds coming home; and although they seemed a lot more jumpy than usual, they all arrived home in very good condition considering the time in the basket. Feel sorry for the first timers away in the race, not an easy one to debut your racing career. Richard
  9. Just Walcott missing now, Lampard was back before 5. Boyd did her usual trick, sitting out, but luckily still managed a prize in the club Craig how are the returns in your area?
  10. Last week they were brought home after a night in the baskets - no race. This week we basketed Saturday, and have been heldover today (Sunday), fingers crossed for tomorrow. Richard

  15. Hi, Havent seen your email yet, but I've a backlog at the moment. For the competition we're taking 20 years old and under for young fanciers. Richard
  16. Looks like our Pigeonbasics entry has gone awol :-/. Looking at the training spins, around 150 birds missing so far.
  17. Good to see you got entered in the end Ben Well their all surnames really, but after male footballers so I take the point ;D Next year we'll have to come up with a new theme, if Cathrine's got any ideas let us know ;D ;D 8)
  18. Have just had one phone in to pip everyone in the NFC race; R.V. Ball of Northchurch on 1154ypm.
  19. Another good one :) after Rose's 3rd last week from Bergerac in the club. Well done Rose . Outstanding flying by members of the club. Incredible performances by Alasdair Muir, won the race last week from Bergerac, looks like winning our NFC Bordeaux race this week, and has one in our BBC Bordeaux race too - to which there is a story! -> he took his clock to the NFC clocking station on the night after timing a couple of good uns; when he arrived home about 3 hours later his Greater Distance bird from the BBC race was waiting in the loft; she was promptly clocked at 22:22, god only knows when she came. There are still birds coming in to me, currently I've got 12 in the NFC race, and the 6 in the BBC race. I'll be keeping the result on the mini-site up to date with any new birds that come in. http://www.pigeonbasics.com/clubs/gdsbnfc/
