AND?

walter ive never said i wouldnt get it mate, theres no chance just now until i think all is fair with the rules and at the moment in my opinion all that is ets is not right . i do not doubt for a minute that its not a great thing , but too many loopholes , sorry rules not clear/fair one is where the pad is placed another is how many birds clocked in if you fly a big team you could have 50 or 60 in the clock maybe even 100 why?
-
WHY? do they cost a lot ?
-
and make it even more unfair on conventional clock user's. yes why not go the hole hog and just put up sky satalite type dishes so when the birds fly over they are clocked .
-
yes mate spot on , all i have been saying and have been saying on many ets threads that the rules should be clear so everyone knows the score. the second part my answer is freedom of choice mate. its my choice to use a t3 and your choice to use ets, great , no problem.
-
mav as i have said i wish i could put on a diagram to show you all were a pad should/should not be . then we could debate it properly, but what im saying and whats being read is maybe two different things. i think we'll leave it for now until something can be sorted. thanx.

I HAVE BEEN TOLD by a lot of older guys top fliers at that , that you will break a good bird no probs , i have broken birds no probs in the past sometimes you let one out and you never see it again , especially louella old birds as they have never been out to fly and dont know how to land they just fly and fly and dont stop till there miles away.

I NEVER SAID THOSE THAT USE ETS ARE CHEATING > I HAVE SAID THAT THERE IS (SOME ) THAT BEND THE RULES to me bending rules is CHEATING.
-
NO NO NO NO GARETH IF THERES ONE THING I CANT STAND IS CHEATING MATE. a few months back a guy on here put up a short video of his birds trapping , he dropped the flap with the pad on it and when the birds went towards the trap they were clocked , BUT THEY WERE'NT IN THE LOFT WHEN REGISTERING THERE IS MORE LIKE HIM OUT THERE. NEXT TIME IM DOWN YOUR WAY ILL SHOW YOU WERE THESE PADS ARE , MAYBE YOU WILL SAY IM WRONG , AND THAT IT WAS OK WERE THESE PADS ARE WHO KNOW'S. AND TO THE OTHER GUY WHO POSTED I THINK YOUR OK THE PAD IS INSIDE YOUR SPUTNIK THEY DROP THROUGH ONTO THE PAD , OK SOME CAN WANGLE THERE WAY BACK OUT AS IS ANY OLD TYPE TRAP , THEY CAN SQUEEZE OUT THE SMALLEST OF HOLES (AT GREAT SPEED)

owen fine but pigeon racing is pigeon racing mate , i have said to very good flyers in the past that a pigeons life will almost certainly end in failure, thats pigeons , if we didnt lose them , like years ago , then at the end of each year the bad one's would be culled to make room for the new batch of birds being bred .AND yes your spot on that everthing should be done by race controlers to make the right decissions to liberate birds, be it weather or possible clashing with other birds , ie , north road /southroad etc.(only kiddin about white rabbits. )ps i was once bullied too got kicked or punched everyday as i passed the catholic school to go to my school( non dinominational ) the same guy evryday for months and months , then one day i smashed his face in with a half brick problem solved , never been bullied since , and dont like anyone who is a bully, and would love to meet them in a dark allyway and correct them.
-
Im not going to SHOP anyone as they dont fly against me , but one or two on here has admitted it. if i could draw a diagram and post it i would to point out where the pads are in relation to the confinds of the loft
-
i use a t3 and i agree with taking away part of the sport for me too, but i dont care who has ets just that they dont (cheat) others out of positions in the club/fed by having the pads outside the loft, as i know they DO.
-
WELL DONE GEORGE get the shu to pay you for the stray center for the young birds.
-
mr drysdale i have posted my opinions on here thats my perogative ,they are fair points and all i get back is running time/ru to the post office, thick plonker, because i havent ets and think the rules are not clear enough, i takes a lot to rile me mate and by f@@k im riled , i have also been to lofts where the pad is before the trap and pointed this out ,what do they do build a frame round it like an open box lying on its side and then they say its inside my loft. CRAZY. AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT, WHY cant there be a rule that say's the bird must enter the loft to be clocked WHY , THEN THE RULES WOULD BE CLEAR FOR EVERONE(NO GREY AREA'S), THE ETS USERS WOULD STILL HAVE AN ADVANTAGE OVER CONVENTIONAL CLOCKS. (ONLY MY OPINION)
-
Christ george have you a stray center there.? ;)thats 3 in a few days
-
check post no 42 (thick plonker) and its aimed at me , ps you should be worried .

i take offence with this remark , i hope i dont ever meat you somewhere as im like an eliphant dont ever forget.so please dont EVER CALL ME A THICK PLONKER.
-
yes i run to the post office , but would still beat the lot of you even with this handicap ;)and no gareth i havent got an shu rule book , whats wrong with this forum CAN'T ANYONE HAVE AN OPINION ,but everone and his dog with ets jumps on his back. STUFF THE LOT OF YOU. RED/WHITE AND BLUE i have a t3
-
i think your in the wrong sport mate, you can lose birds in sprint races going over the top and never finding home , there is always going to be mistakes made by race controllers , i for one would not like their job. but back to your post , try keepin white rabbits or something.
-
WOULD DEFINATELY GO AND HAVE A LOOK / MAYBE BUY.
-
WELL GUYS LIKE YOU SHOULD JOIN THE GUTTY HEN CLUB.
-
as far as im concerned yous are breaking the rules as birds can clock in but are not in the loft, as you say can clock in and fly BACK ONTO THE ROOF IF THEY LIKE, were /when are they IN THE LOFT?
-
It all depends on motivation . Sprint pigeons are on a SYSTEM ,round about, widowhood, jealousy, double darkness(homer49) whatever, so are motivated to win, therefor out the basket with one thing on there mind straight home for nooookie. Were as distance pigeons dont have this desire at the sprint races to home but when the real racing starts then love of home/nest/hen/cock/ fancier whatever they love comes into it ,so keep going to get home .

Over here on the west coast the sun is trying to break through although a bit chilly , if it warms up after lunch i may give my yearlings a wee toss 10/15 miles.
