i had a problem two years ago with mouldy peanuts, they got aspergullosis fumigatus(spelling) fungus in the organs , they just drank and drank there crops resembled a carrier bag full of water,its pnuemonia that actually kills them , ps there is no cure if thats what they have , but get them to a pigeon vet and get them checked

you still pas a sign post for coulport on that road as well tam

you dont need to tell me about landslides ,got cought the far side ot the (rest and be thankfull) from 9am to 5pm landslides both ways ,in middle of winter no shops no hot drinks no nothing and nearly running on emptie (diesel) so couldnt run the engine for long ,that was a long long day i can tell you, still lovely countryside to look at

alf you must have drove past the signpost for coulport when you go to malky's.

i havent the foggiest why you all worry about jumping yearlings ,i would say if they are only half fit they would still do wakefield no probs ,my yearlings never raced last year as youngbirds and they will jump between 100 and 150 miles this week . have faith in your pigeons

I READ IN A THREAD ABOUT PERCY , that percy was the only species on the increase in brittain ,im sorry but these things are multiplying out of control, i had a nest not far away from my last loft and got rid of the offspring from the nest (8 young in one nest) thats a fact .this is why there is so many of them

can i just say reading all these post's knowone has mentioned this ,IF A PERCY ATTACKS A TEAM OF RACE BIRDS AND TAKES ONLY ONE ,WHAT ABOUT THE OTHERS THAT HAVE HIT LORRIES ON THE MOTORWAY,WIRES ,TREES BUILDINGS YOU NAME IT TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM THESE PREDITORS ,SO ITS NOT HOW MANY THESE BOP TAKE ITS THE DAMAGE THEY DO TO THE OTHERS WHO JUST SURVIVE .

wrong mate narrow flights especially the last four no's 7,8,9 and number 10 flights for long distance birds

were at 250 this week( newark) the weather needs to improve a lot , i have one old hen thats not had a race this year yet so she's got to go this week,and a few yearlings that have missed the last two weeks ,so i'll be jumping them 150/170 miles ,hoping to get a good toss tomorrow (65 miles) when its supposed to be better

SPOT ON BIG MAN, alltough its no my fed ,i feel for jim hannah as i know first hand from a good friend who used to race control, one bad race and they want your ball$, they ALL FORGET ALL THE GOOD RACES VERY VERY QUICKLY.
