  2. IB wrote,"Vitamin B12 is an interesting one, said to come only from animal origin? I know it's in hormoform, but there's evidence from Vegan (vegetarian) website that it is made in the gut by friendly bacteria, which the animal then absorbs. Seems bacteria make other vitamins too, or help in their digestion". Due to an ilness my late mother had she could not eat any sort of fruit or veg.every other week the local nurse would call to inject her with B12 without this she fell seriously ill.
  3. Difficult to explain without going over the top,to a litre 10/12 crystals if that much.I generally go by the bucket ,the pigeon bath holds about 3 buckets so a good pinch on the end of a tea spoon.Bath's about 2inch deep i like it so i can just see the bottom and no more.Sorry if that's vague but it takes very little.Lindsay

  6. Hi Chris, it's basically a mild disinfectant, anti fungal, but also keeps the birds lice free,a lot of gardeners use it when growing tomatoes,i think they use it to keep fungal probs away, not too sure on that though,i've used it for some 50 + years.Might be better things on the market but they won't be cheaper. One thing for sure if you have any problems with your feet ,athletes foot ,stinking.I'll guarantee this stuff WILL stop it. Lindsay.
