Sparrow Hawks are one of the most cunning slyest but numbest of the lot and will return to their prey even after being chased away by an aggresive human. Other birds such as magpies crows etc. are also a danger to garden birds.This is something I picked up off another site and can be use to trap the Maggies and take them some distance away from your garden. Hi David it's a guessing game with the correct amount to put in the water.It is very strong and what I do if not wanting to use anti B's is give it to the birds either when you feed them after a race,giving electolytes on arrival or Sundays at a rate of two drops max to a litre. Some fanciers might not agree with that dose too little too much? It is very strong and used as an anti bacterial/anti microbial JMO. Lindsay.
