Phoned BT with query about my contract 12:35 hrs. after pressing several buttons finally got through to wrong department at 12:55hrs.advised that I would be put through to correct dept.after waiting ten more minutes the call was cut off at 13:08hrs. Called again and after all the buttons was connected at 13:25hrs. To find out my contract ends with BT on xx/xx/14,I inquired about leaving BT and going with Sky as they had made me a good offer line rental wise £5:40 for 12 month,basically another 10/15 mins trying to get met to take BT broadband which I said right at the start I'm not changing broadband providers.Gave up in the end more confused than what I was before I started,called ended app.13:40hrs. Called sky,asked them how long the offer was valid for they were more confused than me.GAVE UP. Call ended app.14:00 hrs.
