I have done the same to check a tower screen using the laptop and tower screen,found it to be a faulty graphics card in the tower,when I removed the cable the laptop screen still worked that's why I suspect another problem?

So what you are saying is that the laptop screen is not working ?? If that's the case either the screen is at fault or the tape connecting the screen to the motherboard is faulty.

Hi Mark, Just saying something similar to blackdog last night,forget about old bird racing (weather's just about killing both of us,start too soon etc.)breed youngens end of March early April,you could even buy them in because most fanciers have what they want and youngens are cheaper. Food for thought next season.????
