Had a bit of a bad toss with the young birds yesterday,managed to get them all but after a long wait and coming in threes and fours.Looking at this yb,I think I know the reason why,broken leg and half a tail,she's home and will be OK in three days or so.

I stopped using it a while ago mate,went on to loft granules,just a sprinkle in the nest boxes,I prefer natural to Versa Laga.I us a sprinkling of sand on the floor.

Lost this larl hen two week ago tomorrow from a stinker of a race from Coustances 406 mile.

Bit the bullet,weather good for the first toss,so basketed youngens and gave them their first trainer, about three mile and well away from the millions of wires in this area.Just beat them home and no more swung round a couple of times and through the bob wires.Good to see them home and in one batch. :animatedpigeons:
