ive tried it a few times, never worked for me, deformed legs on ybs.

i always bring 1or 2 new stock birds in to try out against my own, i let my older stock birds go even proven breeders as i have sons and daughters at stock, sent 2 pairs up scotland last year that bred 1st Ayrshire fed plus several 1st clubs.

yes i think its passed on, had a pair of stock years ago all the ybs off this pair got them no others thay still flew well but in the end i got rid,

i have noticed birds paired on full moon, 10 day to lay, 19 days sitting, ybs hatch on the next full moon, december dates 2nd & 31st, 29 days apart,

snap my dog has the same, dont think he was impressed with the size of the choc xmas tree that came out of the 1st box.

standard sputniks arent permitted why ? i have always used one with pad inside on the base birds are not clocked untill thay enter and can not get back out.
