thanks pat my problem is i carry to many stock pigeons as when i bought these old pigeons the two sons of de barcelona the daughter of smarged the son of vale barcelona the velkje cock and the spin hen i then inbred and line bred back to each one and built a small family around each one of the best breeding pigeons for me this gives me five or six different jan aarden gene pools to work with and build my own family with the best racers and breeders from each family being used to bring new blood and vigour to the gene pool but only when they prove them selves on the road i love planning out the breeding pairs in the winter months and breeding this way has not only given me great pleasure but great racing to as i say the only down fall is to many stock pigeons but as long as they are breeding winners and good pigeons for me its worth it and i get a kick out of knowing i planned every drop of blood in my winners pedigree and ive been very lucky in most of the planned breeding is producing good racing pigeons
