  1. looking great peter every time ive put flowers in my garden the doos eat them so gave up
  2. imo they can only learn so much once they have mastered the last 20 to 30 miles and been there plenty times id leave them to next year if latebreds thats different anything from 6 to 20 short tosses will stand them in good stead for next year as for the moult as long as your are not going to far it will do them no harm as long as its not to cold choose the best days with the wind not to strong good luck with them
  3. i will start training my latebreds in the next few weeks but would not train any birds that dont need it education only if they dont need it whats the point if the weather is ok they will be trained right up till december picking the best days and short tosses up to 20 miles hope this helps you papa

  7. hope to be going for a gold award and another silver award in the snfc next year have to see how it goes be happy with one them and a lot more national diplomas with a good strong team for the snfc races won six old bird races so cant complain looking forward to 2016
  8. happy birthday andy
  9. painted four lofts fitted 3 new vents in my sliding doors removed 24 up and over fronts from yearling section steeped them in hot water and bleech then scrubed with a hard brush came up like new replaced a two by four batton on one loft floor which had rotted split the old bird race team and the stock birds have 48 cracking youngbirds all flown to split which will give me a real strong team of 70 racers for next season so looking forward to having a real crack at all the national races in 2016 already looking at new matings on paper i love planing what will be paired together to produce winners and what stock birds to pair to my best racers then plan which birds go to which races so still lots of things to do to prepare for next year and i love it all lol
