In 1975 Black Rocket - 1st Champ Club, 2nd FIFC, 9th fed Avranches, 624 miles, 17 hour 25 minutes flying time " Does not state if the 1975 performance was flown on the day, but nevertheless an outstanding hen.

Going back to Wilson Noble's Black Rocket I think that pigeon was clocked on another occasion from the channel 17 hour on the wing, believe it may have been their fed Avaranches race. ?
