  3. Sorry for hijacking this thread . But what are you up to ya fly old .*expletive removed*. . Just had a look at this reply and I'm a bit stumped . For the last few years on this site you've had thirty plus tosses with you're L/B ,S what has changed this year .

  7. expletive remove big fella don't be so negative . S.T.D told me last week he seen even you smiling think he said it was 1973 :emoticon-0136-giggle:
  8. Think it all depends what system you apply too your pigeons. If for talking sake your birds are on W/H and return on the Saturday and don't get out till Sunday evening for a bath then the aid for recovery has been rest. But if on the natural system the bird will still be going about its busy life so for me if you want to use this product I don't see what the problem is . HAPPY DOO MAN = HAPPY DOO.
  9. I think you should try what I said . Just make sure the mix is look warm.
  10. Good morning all
  11. Have hand raired Young birds successfully I know this will sound crazy . But young birds just hatched out can feed them self but only for two - three days have had a couple do it for five day's but it's very rare. I mix up a milky weetabix and simply dip the beak into the mixture . As if still in the egg they fill the crop.

  14. I know some top doo men have committed on this thread but if I had paid my money to post then I would tell them to .*expletive removed* off but that's just me
  15. Will say this for the last time . Deep litter is pigeon $hite and only pigeon $hite. Anything else added to the the loft floor is only added to try and absorb moisture. All open lofts will need a supplement.
  16. .

  20. Oops just noticed your reply Walter and can't understand the advice you are giving . Don't know what other pigeon fanciers will think but for me if a pigeon is not exercising at home sending it fifty miles will only take any goodness it has down another knoch. But as I have said too you before they are homing pigeons first and foremost. But for me after the pigeon struggles back from 50 mls it will definitely pull the team down because it will be fcked . JMHO
  21. . 1st club 2nd section in the yearling race.
  22. Yip . Had this last year with a yearling cock . After doing all the usual stuff ( testing droppings looking for injuries) On a day when I was off put the six of my eight W/H cocks out keeping two yearling cocks in . One being the bassa that wouldn't fly . After getting the other cocks in . Put the bassa yearling and the other cock in a basket and put the basket on the garden table. Let the yearling bassa,s hen out and the other cock . After thirty minutes of flying and treading. Let the big blue cock out he chased the two of them all over the sky and never looked back after that .
  23. Well done MIK best tune that's been posted for months . Don't want to upset old paddy . But I think you are sitting on the best two tunes of the night F/F
