I would like to take this opportunity to thank Alex on behalf of all the members for helping us out at short notice until the end of the season. I also want to take the chance to extend my sincere thanks to Davie Hay for all of his hard work over the last few years. I am convinced that very few fanciers actually appreciate the hours and hours of work, each and every week that it takes to be a race controller. I know the tireless effort and application that Davie put into the job and it was much appreciated. It is definately on the increase, the amount of birds that are returning injured is getting out of control (and they are the lucky ones). I hope she goes on to be a good one for you. I had two yb's return after weeks/months out last year and they are both flying well this year. All the best, Paul.
